"I believe India could be the fastest growing economy in the world one day. It would be foolish for Virgin not to embrace India."

CLIMATE OF INDIA
India consists of three primary seasons, Summer, Monsoon, & Winter. The summer months in India are: March, April, May & June. The primary monsoon months are: July, August, September, and October. And winter months are: November, December, January, & February.
India is a very large country with a climate that varies accordingly. There are arid & semi arid deserts, tropical jungles, cool mountains, and temperate regions. Summer is usually avoided as temperatures can easily reach into the 100’s (F), 40’s (C). Monsoon rains also vary with the first rain showers coming in May and June. During the monsoon, it can rain heavily for a 1 day or for 14 days continuously. Desert regions remain dry, even during most of the monsoon. Winter months bring pleasant temperatures to most of India, and quite cool temperatures to North India. Snow can be found in the northern states, in the higher Himalayan Ranges.
